Buy It & Carriage Charges

BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

(1) From the items on our web-site, choose which products you wish to purchase.

(2) Send us an E-mail, sales@qtasystems.co.uk, advising your address and list the part numbers, description and quantities of goods you require.

(3) We will acknowledge your order by E-mail, advising availability and the total payment required. This will include carriage and insurance, if applicable.

(4) Make your payment, using one of the following methods: Do NOT send cash.

           (a) Cheque, drawn on a UK clearing Bank, payable to QTA Systems and crossed, "Account Payee Only". Send to our address:- QTA Systems, 2, Wheatsheaf Way, Linton, Cambridge, CB21 4XB, England.

           (b) UK Postal Order, payable to QTA Systems. Send to our address.

           (c) Bankers Draft, drawn on a UK clearing Bank, payable to QTA Systems. Send to our address.

           (d) Electronic Transfer or Bank Giro Credit. Beneficiary account details are available on request and advised by post only. For EEC members who wish to use Electronic Transfer, Swiftbic and Iban details can be supplied on request. All Bank charges incurred are to customers account.

(5) When payment has been received and fully cleared into our account, we will forward your goods and invoice.

NOTE:

(1) All Bank and Currency conversion charges are to Buyers Account.
(2) All Import duties and Local Taxes are to Buyers Account.
(3) For export orders it is 'your' responsibility to ensure any goods so ordered and imported into
       your country comply with your local import regulations.
(4) All orders include VAT at the UK rate of 20% unless you are exempt or can provide a valid
       EEC member VAT number.

Guide to Charges, UK Mainland only:-

(1) Small Packet = Small quantities, Caps, Terminals, Fixings, PCB's.
(2) Large Packet = Inductors, Crossovers, Tweeters, Qty fixings.
(3) Small Drivers, Wood Panels, Small Speakers.
(4) Medium Weight Loudspeakers, Stands, Bass Drivers,
(5) Large / Heavy Loudspeakers, Large Panels, Bitumastic Damping Volume Panels.

NOTE: Where Large, Heavy items are involved, buyers are encouraged to self-collect.
