Damping Felt.
A heavyweight hard cotton / wool felt available in strips of
(30 * 150 * 10)mm and which may be cut to size or
shape as
required. Also available as
felt coins some 25mm diameter by
7.5mm thick. The material is
specifically used to
dampen unwanted mechanical vibration. Ideal for placing on
speaker stand platforms or beneath ancillary equipment. Non adhesive backed.

Bitumastic Damping Sheet.
 A
heavy grade self adhesive backed Bitumastic based damping material used
in a
variety of applications for sound deadening. Available in sheets /
pads of 600gms
per sheet, and (200 by 300)mm and 5mm thick for
quietening down resonant panels
and the like. The adhesive provides good material coupling to the panels.
For extra
security and in addition to the adhesive it is recommended the
panels are
tacked / nailed into
place as this will prevent creep in hot weather.

Three options for
attaching speaker grilles and cloths to their front facia.
The coins are available in (16 or 22) mm diameter
and are backed with
an aggressive adhesive,
type MVA8 which is suitable for attaching
most weights of grilles and fabrics to
speaker fronts. The strip is 12mm wide,
backed with the same adhesive and may be split down the
centre into
narrower strips if required.
