Kits 'N' Cabs
A brief introduction to Kits 'N' Cabs, Shown left to right is the HK10
cabinet in American walnut veneer with matt black painted front and rear panels.
Foreground illustrates the accompanying crossover with air cored coils and
polyprop caps. Drivers are by Focal (Titanium tweeter) and Bandor (Gold anodised
mid bass).
Centre is the HK15 cabinet in self coloured MDF for those who
wish to apply their own personal finishing touches. This format is also
available for all other cabinets.. For DIY veneering do remember you need square
edges and corners NOT rounded. Orders should specify this option.
Shown is a Focal 6.5" Polyglass mid bass partnered by a Morel MDT30S
tweeter. Far right is a ten litre development cab with interchangeable tweeter
inserts. All Cabs can be provided with externally housed crossovers as an
optional extra.
Plain blank cases in self coloured (MDF) for 'Do your own
thing' are also available in a range of stepped volumes. designed to accommodate
the (normal) domestic style of small driver diameters, NOT 18", 24"
trouser flappers.
Plain Cases 'CABS' for DIY Projects. Braced But No Cut-Outs. Fronts /
Rears in 25mm MDF
Veneers Oak, Ash, Cherry, Walnut.
